If bourbon grew on trees, it would be illegal. Airplane bottles would be a slap on the wrist, unless you had a bag full of ‘em with intent to distribute, pints would be a misdemeanor and half gallons would make you want to retain an attorney.
Legalize it. Grow it. Sell it. Tax it. Think about it.
