Remember what it was like to go for a bike ride just for fun? You rode your bike, to ride your bike. Before you were a messenger. Before you felt naked riding a bike without a bag on your back. Back then you didn’t have to get from Murray to King County in 7 minutes, risking your life to file a legal document to satisfy a completely unreasonable request from the client and unrealistic expectations from your boss who doesn’t know what it takes to ride a bike from LQA to the courthouse in traffic. But you made that filing because you’re internally motivated. However when you get home from work most days the last thing you want to do is go for a bike ride, just for fun.
Remember?
