I used to live about a block northwest of this location, just off Rainier. The reason I moved is because I got a notice early in 2020 saying that the apartment building I Was living in had been sold and would be re-developed. Everyone had to move out by a certain date. Looking at Google maps now though, I see that the apartment building is still there. Maybe the whole Covid thing caused a change in the property developers plans? Who knows.
