Yesterday as I was pulling into the Life Sciences loading dock and parking the electric ass bathtub to deliver this postcard within the bundle of other mail, a couple crows followed and perched on the railing asking for a snack. But I waved my finger at them and explained that I shared my last fig bar with them back at Atmospheric Sciences. Two women were entering the building at the time and while they were waiting for the elevator I caught a snippet of their conversation: “who’s he talking to?” “the birds, I think” then when I passed them they asked “do the crows know you?” and I said yes, yes they do.
