they're some Planet Bike type knockoff. I like to use the mounting hardware at the forkcrown up front but on the rear wheel I use zipties at the brake bridge with holes drilled or melted through the fender at just the right spot. Zipties tend to rattle less and are therefore quieter than the metal brackets provided by the manufacturer. The Port Townsend does come with OEM full fenders which are very sturdy made of metal. But I chose to go with plastic. My favorite fenders are anything that works with the brakes on my bike and with cantilevers you can go big.
