what was that? is that all there is? who is this? this is it.

yesterday I had a couple beers after work, then I met Cory at the Six Arms and had a sandwich and couple beers, then on the way home Nick stopped me on Pine Street and bought me a beer at Linda's. And then later that evening, I thought about laying off the sauce, taking a break, maybe a change of routine.

Yeah I thought about it. It's the thought that counts.

today I had a couple beers after work. then I went to the Spitfire with Dan and had an appetizer and a couple beers. Then I went home. Same as it ever was. same as it ever was.

it may be the same as it ever was but it's still Once In A Lifetime.

I can't seem to face up to the facts, I'm tense and nervous, can't relax...happy birthday two days late Cat, I'll still buy you a shot retroactively.

Damn, did I write that entry? Gotta slow down just a wee bit on that aspect of my life--feel like I'm chasing down Bukowski without benefit of his bulletproof genetics...

I hear that. The kevlar starts to wear out when you get to be my age...cheers
