In the Seattle Times, that's what she said...

“Obviously I was always cautioned by my mother to leave a little bit early for things, so I could make sure I was on time,” Constantine said. “But if you’re going to choose between different modes of transportation, light rail is going to probably be the most dependable, to get you where you need to be on time.”
