
Riding out. Get to where you're going. Then turn around and come back. There's a unique satisfaction to retracing your route and completing the round trip. Right back where you started from. Same line, different direction. Things look a little different when you hit it from the back side. You can always make a loop out of it and get a change of scenery. Or just start taking left turns and see what happens.
Maybe you're already part of my rhizomatic network and you don't even know it. Or maybe I'm part of yours and I just figured it out. This is a great article in today's NY Times Magazine. If you spend some time on-line, and I'm guessing you do...it's interesting. Round and round.
