this is a full-color picture of my new 1987 SHOGUN Alpine GT. It looks like all my other bikes because it's mine. Built up in about 90 minutes on Saturday. Total out-of-pocket expense $22.50 for the frame & fork with BB and brakes at Bike Works. I took the wheels and chain ring off of my Bianchi and the rest was sitting around. Now I just need to build the Bianchi back into a road bike.

i would like to comment on your own comment to your own post on your own website-the last of the advertiseless- which is akin to mad max when dude says 'lee its the last of the v8's". and that is "zoom"

copy ZOOM but not the box 350 Boston MA 02134 type of Zoom more like the sweet sweet steel ZooM stem cast offs of yesteryear at Bike Works. same chubby design just tapered to different steer tubes and lengths up to a country mile

give me a bottom bracket low enough and a crank arm long enough and I will pedal strike like it's 2003

it would be cool to build up a bike from 1987 around a box of Onza brake bits from 87 (eight-seven) but I don't have the right brake pads and I don't have the straddle cable bits and I don't have an extra two hours to fuck around with all the gold springs and silver springs and and and maybe Monday or maybe the Monday after next
