I parked next to those handlebar mitts on the 5th Ave side of 500 4th during a parade Wednesday while on hiatus from the eastside while bringing some real estate filings collected from a driver in gridlock. My Bar Mitts mingled with them while their owner was probably on the other side of the parade thru the tunnel where bikes can't go.
