 every little thing in Seattle -even in the Central District especially in the Central District- is getting expensive and average joes have to pack up their homes and work spaces and move South or North or East or West

even those guys down at DANK bags have to pack-up shop and find an affordable alternative work space. The building has changed owners and the new owners plan to renovate the space and open it up to "creative types" at three or four or ten times the rent. when actual artists are displaced so developers can offer "artist loft space" it's like hearing the same old joke punch you in the gut 10,000 times

there's a unique sense of accomplishment when you get your US-Postal-jacket-wearing pumpkin head scarecrow into the official King County Assessor's photo of an overpriced Central District house
